Our stew meat  is made out of the same section chuck steaks or roasts come from, each package will be at least 1 pound. Stew meat is great for throwing in a crockpot or searing up for stir-fry!
We choose to cut the stew meat from the chuck because the chuck has great marbling and tenderness for stew meat. We use our stew meat in chili, soups, stews, or stir-fry. These will come in 1 pound packages that are white wrapped. This just means they will be in plastic and white butcher paper.
