Our brats come with 4 brats per package. These will be the best bratwursts you have ever tasted. We add extra fat to them in order to keep from drying out while they cook. We recommend cooking them to 165 degrees Farenheit. Don't over cook them or they will dry out too much and not be very good. When you start to eat them, the fat will start to drain out of the bratwurst. We recommend taking your brat and swirling it in the fat to get all the wonderful flavor back.
