If you want amazing beef in your freezer all year long and want to save a little more money, you can order a whole or half Pureblood Wagyu beef. These beef are raised the exact same as our 100% Fullblood Wagyu. These beef are an F2 or higher mix of Wagyu. This means that there is Angus mixed into their breeding and makes them a pureblood Wagyu. These beef normally weigh more than our Fullblood Wagyu because the Angus breed has bigger bones and is a bigger framed animal. This will come through on these beef. These are more commonly known as American Wagyu.

A Whole beef is estimated at $10,500, a half is estimated at $6,000, a quarter is estimated around $3,500. This will include buying the beef, cut & wrap, and shipping.

On whole and half, choose from a Circle H Ranch, Chef’s Choice, or Standard cut. If you would like to customize your cut order more, please let us know.

Steaks are cut 1 ¼” thick, roasts are 3-4 pounds, and ground beef is in 1 pound packages.

There is a $4,000 deposit on whole beef, $2,500 deposit on half beef, and $1,000 deposit. Whole, half, and quarter beef will be available on the next butcher session after your order is placed. Half and quarter orders will need to have a whole beef sold before we schedule a butcher date. We will keep you updated on the time frame for that beef. After we pick up your beef from the butcher, we will get the remainder of the price which will include the shipping fee together and email you with the amount. After payment is made in full, we will ship your beef the following week.
