Switching Boxes:
Absolutely! We have customers start out with a regular box and realize they want the bigger box. You can manage your own subscription box products and sizes by logging into your account at the top right of our site. If you want to switch box type, that is possible too! Please make the switch before payment is collected. We are happy to help in any way.
Cancel, Pause, Change Frequency:
There is no commitment, you can cancel, or pause anytime, however, as a courtesy we do ask that you stay in our Circle H Subscription service for 3 deliveries minimum. Heading out of town and needing to pause your membership? No problem, you can pause, skip, or cancel by logging into your account at the top right of our site.

Bought Burger Box and some Beer Brats. Shipped as stated (shipped Monday, received Wednesday) in insulated box w/ice packs. Meat still partially frozen (on delivery truck in AZ all day). Package very well. BBQ'ed burgers on 400F grill to medium-rare inside. Excellent flavor and looking forward to our next "Wagyu night". FYI, I punched hole in burger to help get an even cooking from edge to middle and reduce "burger shrinking" ... it worked very well with the 80/20 burger. Yum, yum!
