Our Picanha's have two steaks per package. These will come labeled as Coulotte Steak. These have become one of our favorite cuts. These are extremely flavorful and are tender. Curl the fat around the outside of the meat and skewer them to cook. They are 1 1/4" thick. The packages are .75-1.5 pounds.
