A sample breakdown of the box is below and may include any of the following cuts: (We can customize your box based off of your preferences, weight, cut, and inventory.)

Premium Steaks: approximately 1.5 lbs of the Small Box, and approximately 3 lbs of the Large Box: Filet Mignon (Tenderloin)/ Ribeye/New York Strip

Roasts: approximately 1/4 of the box: Chuck Roast / Rump Roast

Ground Beef: approximately 1/4 of the box is ground beef. Comes in one or two pound packages, 80/20

Subscription boxes will have first priority on inventory. Make sure to order before the end of the month.
Switching Boxes:
Absolutely! We have customers start out with a regular box and realize they want the bigger box. You can manage your own subscription box products and sizes by logging into your account at the top right of our site. If you want to switch box type, that is possible too! Please make the switch before payment is collected. We are happy to help in any way.
Cancel, Pause, Change Frequency:
There is no commitment, you can cancel, or pause anytime, however, as a courtesy we do ask that you stay in our Circle H Subscription service for 3 deliveries minimum. Heading out of town and needing to pause your membership? No problem, you can pause, skip, or cancel by logging into your account at the top right of our site.
